Viki is the Learning & Development Partner, working as part of our People & Culture team, and is responsible for delivering the learning and development strategy through a range of activities and projects to support our cultural goal – to provide interesting, worthwhile and healthy careers for our people.
Before joining us in October 2020, Viki built up over 20 years experience in learning and development, managing teams and leading projects largely within financial services organisations.
